different Crestwood Villages, Crestwood 1-7. All are 55 plus,
Active Adult, Over 55 communities.
Crestwood 1-4 have a co-op ownership, Crestwood 5-7 are conventional
ownership. In the 7 villages there are 5,694 homes. Some homes are studios
without a defined bedroom, most are 1 or 2 bedrooms. Some have a garage.
Homes sell
for between +-$35,000 and $250,000. The co-op homes are not allowed per
bylaws to be financed, so be prepared to pay cash for a home in Crestwood
