There are 1,250 homes on 403 acres in Greenbriar Woodlands. Most homes in this gated community are 2 bedrooms with 2 baths, but there are a few 3 bedroom homes with 2 master suites. The homes have either a 1 or a 2 car garage, some have a basement. Prices range from under $200K to $400K.

Homes are heated by natural gas.

As suggested by the name, Greenbriar Woodlands offers mature landscaping with numerous trees. Greenbriar Woodlands offers an 18 hole executive par 3 golf course. This course is available to residents and their guests only, fees apply.

The clubhouse offers an outdoor pool, tennis, bocci courts, billiards, card rooms, meetings rooms, an exercise facility and more. There are numerous clubs and trips available.

Pets are allowed, no more than 2 per household.
