Heritage Point is an
Over 55, Active Adult community located in historic
Barnegat Township, NJ in
Ocean County. Barnegat has a rich
heritage. Barnegat was one of the areas leading seaports, with
fishing, shipbuilding and glassmaking the prominent industries.
Today Barnegat has a Historic District with shops, antiquing
restaurants and museums. Barnegat is located on the Barnegat bay and
has over 6 miles of waterfront, offering swimming, fishing, crabbing
and boating.
There are 909 homes
planned to be built in Heritage Point. As of the end of 2008, about
700 homes were completed. Some new construction is still available,
as well as resales.

upper $200,000’s.
Heritage Point offers 2
clubhouses. Amenities offered are indoor and outdoor pools, exercise
facilities, tennis, bocce, a putting green, walking and bicycle
trails and more.
