Bar Handles

This can give a new, sleek and modern look, and you won’t need to replace any panels of back splash tiles. Typically found in restaurant, these long handles run the length of the drawer. They are easy to handle, you can grab them anywhere to open the drawers. The drawback is that you will probably need to drill new homes and / or cover the old holes.

The next two styles will allow you to use the existing holes. Just be careful to measure the old ones first and get new ones that fit into the existing holes. If you do that, all you need is a screwdriver and some time to achieve that new look you’ve been searching for.

Finger Handles

These mount where the old handles were, and give a convenient lip to grab onto. These work best for base cabinets. They are also available in many sizes to fit your existing holes.

Regular handles or knobs

These come in a wide variety of finishes, styles or colors. A simple change of the cabinet pulls can change the entire look of the kitchen. Consider having the new cabinet hardware finishes match the rest of the room, such as light fixtures, and door knobs.
