Has your spouse ever said that about you? If you answered “No” either you are lying or you didn’t hear it.
Either way, I hereby categorically deny that statement. Yesterday’s post was about losing an hour. I went off on a rant about everything that happens in an hour. Then she pointed out to me that last night we gained an hour.
Yes. I am fully aware of that. But sometimes I wonder if anyone actually reads my posts. I have written into posts that I will donate money to Wounded Warriors if someone just tells me that they read it. I have written some pretty outrageous things. But I have never received a call, text or email from anyone saying that they read my post. So, I wrote this on purpose, something so basically wrong that I was hoping someone would scratch their head and think, what is that idiot talking about? We just gained an hour. We didn’t lose an hour.
And so far nobody has told me I’m an idiot.
And maybe I am. Or maybe I’m just a crazy old partially senile old coot. I’ve been called worse.
But when it comes to real estate, I’m a pretty sharp guy. For example, if you have a house that is defined as a starter home, now is a great time to sell. Because it is a seller’s market for these homes. And if you have a McMansion that you want to sell, there is a lot of competition. And not all that many buyers.
So if you want to call me an idiot for yesterday’s post, go right ahead. But if you are looking for a sharp Realtor, call me. Either way, I would love to hear from you.
