Because of a divorce we had to sell our home. A friend recommended us to Bunny and Art, and we listed the property for sale with them. There were quite a few similar homes available, and we weren’t getting too many people coming through. Finally an offer came, which we accepted. We found out later that Bunny had received a contract on another listing, and she suggested our home to the buyer’s Realtor. For some tax reasons he needed to purchase multiple properties. Her quick thinking was responsible for selling our home.
