We don’t know how they did it. We looked at easily over a hundred homes with them. At some point, we began comparing every home to the home that was about the twentieth. We didn’t listen to them when they told us to buy that home. Finally we realized they were right and that was the home for us. So we bought it. But we were transferred to the mid-west two years later and needed to sell. We called Bunny and Art, and they quickly found us a buyer. Then they gave us a referral to a very competent Realtor, and she helped us find a great home in our new town. They are true professionals.
