We were getting older, and it was getting harder to keep up maintaining the big house. So we decided it was time to move to an over 55 community. We found Bunny and Art on the internet and spoke with Bunny. She helped us select a few homes to see. These homes really weren’t what we were looking for. But while we were speaking with Bunny and Art, they gained a good idea of what we wanted. The second time we went out with them, we decided upon the community we wanted to live in.
Once we sold house in Staten Island, they selected four homes to show us, and one was the perfect new home for us. They referred us to an attorney and a house inspector and walked us through the entire process, telling us what we needed to do at every step. They are familiar with every adult community in the area.
