Is it a good time to sell? Many homeowners think so.
According to the National Association of Realtors, more homeowners think it’s time to sell a good time to sell this year than last year. This year 75% of homeowners agree that now is a good time to sell their home. But in the first quarter of 2017 only 70% of homeowners thought so.
But that’s still a lot more than last year when 66% of homeowners agreed that it was a good time to put their home on the market.
But even though many think that it’s a good time to sell now, many have not taken a step to get their homes on to the market. And as a result inventory shortages are still wide spread across the country.
