Four Seasons Harbor Bay

Starting in 2007, K Hovnanian built 387 luxurious homes in Four Seasons Harbor Bay. Located in Little Egg Harbor this is a non-gated, active adult community. These homes are built upon gentle, rolling hills adjacent to Sea Oaks Golf Club, which is a public course.  New construction is no longer available, however, resales are usually available.

Since there’s a homeowners association, a monthly association fee will be assessed. The association provides lawn maintenance, snow removal and common area maintenance. As with many 55+ communities, a one time fee is due to the HOA at closing.

The Homes in Four Seasons Harbor Bay

In Four Seasons Harbor Bay, all homes are detached single family homes. Furthermore, the homes have either two, three or four bedrooms, and all homes have 2 car garages. In addition, some homes have a basement. Nine foot ceilings give an impression of openness, and many homes offer vaulted ceilings. The sizes of the homes ranges between between 1900 to 3200 square feet. Many homes offer scenic views of the golf course, while others provide privacy by backing to wooded areas. Yet other homes are tucked away on a cul de sac. Not all of the homes are the usual models offered in the various Four Seasons communities in the area. Eight different models of homes are offered, and a few of the homes have a loft.

The Four Seasons Harbor Bay Clubhouse

When you move in, the 16,000 sq ft clubhouse is where to go to meet your neighbors and make new friends. After all, it’s the social heart of Four Seasons Harbor Bay. Transportation

The Ocean County transit system, Ocean Ride, provides bus transportation throughout Ocean County. 12 bus routes connect key residential areas with popular destinations such as shopping, employment, in addition to social services. The Garden State Parkway is nearby, which offers access to other major roadways.

Medical Service

Nearby you’ll find Southern Ocean Medical Center, which is the nearest hospital to Harbor Bay. And where there’s a hospital, there are many medical practices.

Ocean County also offers the Reserve-A-Ride Program, which provides door-to-door, non-emergency medical transportation service. This service transports seniors (age 60 and over) to medical facilities in Ocean County. Advance reservations are necessary but a fee is charged.
