As is becoming the normal for adult communities, you’ll be required to join the homeowners association and there is a fee involved

There is a pool for residents of Phase II and both have a clubhouse.  When you take into account the low taxes and low homeowners fees, this makes these two communities a very attractive destination.

The Holiday City Silverton Clubhouse 

Each association operates it’s own clubhouse, and the two communities have events which are open to residents of both  communities. At the clubhouse you’ll find a lake with a beach and a screened in gazebo. Additionally, there are meeting rooms for get-togethers, shuffleboard courts and a miniature golf course. Only Phase II has an outdoor pool for it’s residents’ use. However, the beaches at the Jersey Shore are nearby.
