About Leisure Ridge
Leisure Ridge is an active adult, over 55 community. It has a great location because it’s near Route 70. In fact, we think this community is a hidden gem! There’s a homeowners association, consequently, a monthly association fee. In addition to common area maintenance, they include lawn maintenance and snow removal. As a result, someone else does this for you. As is common in adult communities, when purchasing a home in here, there will be a one time capital contribution fee. When you combine low taxes and a reasonable monthly fee, this makes Leisure Ridge a desirable location.
