About Seaview Village

Seaview Village is a quiet 55+ Active Adult Over 55 Community in Brick, NJ. Many enjoy the community because some homes have water views. Conveniently located in Brick, because it’s not far from the Garden State Parkway, Nearby you’ll find shopping, dining, golf, boating fishing and much more,

Since Seaview Village has a homeowners association, a monthly association fee will be assessed. The low HOA fee provides for Common Area Maintenance, snow removal, lawn maintenance and a  community bus. As in many other active adult communities, the buyer is charged a one time fee to the association.

The Homes in Seaview Village

Between 1981 and 1983, 289 homes were built in Seaview Village. Most of the homes for sale are single family homes however there are a few duplex homes. The homes typically have 2 bedrooms, either 1 or 2 baths and a 1 car garage. All are single level homes except the duplexes, which are two story buildings. Typical selling prices are between the low $200,000s to the low $300,000s.

Ocean Ride provides bus transportation throughout Ocean County to seniors.  The Reserve-A-Ride Program, funded by Ocean County, provides non-emergency medical transport service. Advance reservations are necessary, but a fee is charged. 12 local bus routes take people to key destination. This program is free, but many riders tip the driver
