Construction began in Venue at Longview in late 2021. When completed, there will be 268 single family homes, 70 carriage homes and 114 Townes – for a total of 452 active adult community homes.
The single family homes will be available with either 2 or 3 bedrooms with between 1728 and 2913 square feet. Additionally, 2 car garages are standard and the prices for these homes begin at around $400,000.
The carriage homes are 3 bedroom, 2 story attached homes with a one car garage. Base prices for these homes begin around $370,000. These homes offer 2100 + square feet.
The Townes are single story versions of the carriage homes with 2 bedrooms and a one car garage. A certain number of this style of home was planned. However, they have sold all of those planned homes and won’t be building any more. As a result, you’ll need to wait for a resale if you want one of these homes.
