We purchased a home that was new construction. But we needed to sell the old house in order to purchase the new one. We thought we would have plenty of time before the new house would be finished. So when we listed the house with Bunny and Art we priced it a little high. But they brought us a full price offer within a week. Luckily, we had family we could move in with while we waited for the new house to be ready. Bunny and Art – Thank you!
