The Enclave Lakewood
The Enclave at The Fairways is an Active Adult community of 346 upscale homes. Located on the Toms River border, indeed it’s five miles west of the Garden State Parkway exit 89. Nearby, you can enjoy local activities such as fishing, boating, golf, shopping, dining and much more.
There’s a homeowners association, as a result there’s a monthly association fee. In addition, your pets are welcome at The Enclave.
The Homes
All of the homes for sale in The Enclave in Lakewood have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 to 3.5 baths. Nine foot ceilings in addition to a 2 car garage are standard. Some homes have a loft, while others have a walk up attic. Sizes generally range from 2,344 to 3,503 (including garages). Construction started in 2006, the last home was built in 2012.
The Clubhouse
The Enclave Lakewood has an active 10,000 square foot clubhouse. Featured are both indoor and outdoor pools. Additional amenities are card rooms, billiards and more.Additionally, there are many clubs, activities and trips. Also, there’s a State-of-the Art fitness center.
At The Enclave Lakewood at The Fairways, you’re also right around the corner from The Eagle Ridge Golf Club. This is a semi-private 27-hole, championship golf course. It features a 7,000 square foot clubhouse. It has a golf shop, men’s and women’s locker facilities, in addition to banquet and catering facilities and a restaurant. However, the golf course is not part of the Enclave at the Fairways.
Transportation
The Ocean County transit system, Ocean Ride, provides bus transportation throughout Ocean County. There are two major services. 12 local bus routes go to key locations. Reserve-A-Ride provides non-emergency medical transport service. This is available to seniors. Advance reservations are necessary, in addition a fee is charged.
